Here's a couple of sort of fuzzy pictures of Lisa taken with my phone on what was probably the last movie Lisa worked on. It's Hemingway and Gellhorn an HBO TV movie directed by Philip Kaufman with Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen. Where we are working is the old Oakland Train Station at 16th Street, the same place we shot RENT. For H&G it was redressed as the Hotel Florida in Madrid, Spain.
I included some pictures of the work that Lisa participated in. The striking picture of the setting sun on the wall is a before picture of how the station looks at "magic hour." The other picture shows the finished set being lit.
Lisa is shown beginning to work up the extensive woodgraining on the wainscot panels surrounding the entire perimeter of the lobby. Stairs were also added to the bay (covered in plywood) on the right in the before picture, which is a view looking in the other direction from the view of the finished set.
